For the 2024 filing season, we will be implementing a reservation system for tax preparation. 



How will this reservation system work?


Clients will choose a Friday date during the filing season and make a reservation for that date. Reservation spots for each week will be limited. In order to fulfill your end of the reservation, you must submit materially all of your tax documents by the reservation date. As long as you submit your tax package by your Friday reservation date, we will prepare your return within 2 weeks (14 days) of your reservation date.


The 2024 Friday Reservation dates will be:


January 19      January 26      February 2      February 9      February 16      February 23      March 1      March 8      March 15


If you prefer to have an in-person preparation appointment, that will still be an option for this filing season.


What if I don’t want to make a reservation?


Reservations are not required. However, if you do not make a reservation, your tax return will get added to the list of returns that will be prepared as time allows. Without a reservation, there is a reasonable chance that your 2023 tax return will be extended. Our office will take care of filing the necessary extension paperwork electronically. If we file an extension for your tax return, we will complete it after the tax deadline (April 15, 2024) as time allows (but certainly before the extension deadline in October).


How do I make a reservation?


We would prefer that you make a reservation online at or through the "MAKE A RESERVATION link above. Otherwise, you can call our office or email our tax administrator at in order to make a reservation. You are welcome to make a reservation at any time between now and the last available Friday reservation date (March 15, 2024). Please keep in mind that reservation spots are limited. Our scheduling software will allow us to send email and text reminders as your reservation date approaches.
